Quick release
A quick release, stainless steel pin allows the leash to be separated from your board in dangerous hold downs. Large easy grab loop for easy release. A webbing anchor tape is attached to the pin and strap. You won’t lose the pin when released.

Safety tab release tabs
Loop type or ridged release tabs can cause the ankle strap to be ripped off. The lightweight webbing tab on the big wave leash eliminates this problem. There is also a second tab on inside velcro to release after use.
